Returns, Exhanges & Refunds

Returns & Exchanges – We do not accept returns or exchanges on our jewellery items due to hygiene reasons. Returns for any other items (non jewellery) within 14 days of receipt are accepted however we can only grant a refund if the item/s in question is/are fully in tact, i.e., no marks, scratches or damage of any description and have the original packaging present.

Faulty Items - If you have received a faulty item please contact us in the first instance using our email address mail@theseprettythings.co.uk letting us know what the fault is and if possible sending some photographs for reference.
